Our History

CJ Dixon, owner-broker of ERA American Suncoast Realty founded the Richard Dixon Memorial Foundation in 2023 to honor his father, support our community of veterans and elderly that have given so much.  Our loyal customers have enabled ERA American Suncoast Realty to prosper and give back.  Richard Dixon was the founder of ERA American Realty in 1980 and passed away in 2006.

CJ Dixon is a retired Commander USN, Owner-broker of ERA American Suncoast Realty, Founder of the RDMF charity and father of 5 girls. Committed to the community and charitable supporter.  Also deeply concerned for the veterans and seniors of the Citrus County and surrounding areas.

Program Director

Janine Moore is the general Manager for ERA American Suncoast Realty and the mother of a USN veteran.  Consummate organizer, dedicated supporter of the military community and many local charities.

Kane Dixon and Jennifer Munn

Beneficiary Liaisons

Kane Dixon and Jennifer Munn  In charge of coordinating the intake and work schedule to Seniors and Veterans.  Kane is an Afghanistan war veteran, VFW Post 8189 member, hunter and Realtor at ERA American Suncoast Realty.  Jen Munn is a Realtor at ERA American Suncoast Realty, dedicated community supporter and animal rescuer.

Alexis Trimboli is an experienced Office Coordinator with ERA American Suncoast Realty.
In her role, Alexis is a central point of contact for the Richard Dixon Memorial foundation, managing and organizing essential administrative operations.

Financial Transparency

We are committed to responsible stewardship of all donations and resources. Our financial records are audited annually by an independent accounting firm, and we maintain our status as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.

For the fiscal year 2025:

• $30,000 (appox) donated
• $0 salaries
• 5% for administrative costs
• <3% for fund raising activities

We strive to dedicate ever possible dollar to the beneficiaries.
